I ran into this again the other day when a women who has been in both our locations looking at our golf cart inventory and was down to a final decision. We have spoken to her about our multiple item check list which we perform on every golf cart before we place them in our showroom for sale. We spoke to her about our continual tech support after the purchase (Try calling the other guy a few days or weeks after you give him your money and see what happens. I own and operate a golf cart dealership with two locations. We see customers with puzzled looks on their faces and hot tempered steam rising from their foreheads concerning a new or relatively new battery that has melted terminal damage thinking that this issue is a warrant-able one.
